Booking & Payment Policies

Thank you for choosing Locd Nappy Roots! It is my pleasure to service your beautiful crown with professionalism and care. To ensure a pleasant experience, please read the following policies:

• ***My books are currently closed. I'm not accepting new clients at this time.***

• CONSULTATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW OR TRANSFERRED CLIENTS. NO MICROLOCS OR MAINTENANCE APPOINTMENT WILL BE MADE WITHOUT A CONSULTATION FIRST. (See details below)

• I'm located in St. Paul, MN. The direct address will be sent to you via text/email within 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• Payments are accepted via Cash, Cash App, or Venmo.

• The NON-Refundable deposit is $150 for any starter microlocs service. Deposits must be paid in full before you are added to the booking schedule and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

• There are NO REFUNDS for any service and you can only use your deposit as a credit to reschedule an appointment if you cancel your appointment prior to the 24-hour deadline. If you need to reschedule, please call or text me as soon as possible at 651-560-0777.

• Deposits are applied to your scheduled service, with the remaining balance due at the beginning of your appointment via the accepted payment options listed above.

• I understand that things happen that may be out of your control (e.g., car issues, sickness, babysitter canceled, etc). I allow a 10-minute grace period for all clients. If you happen to arrive a minute after the grace period ends, a $15 late fee will be applied. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be CANCELED. Please understand that it takes a lot of preparation for these appointments.

• I only provide the listed services.

• Services must be paid in full before the start of your scheduled appointment.

• To guarantee the comfort of my clients, I do not allow additional guests at your appointment.

• Any no-call/no-shows will not be able to book future appointments.

• If you are sick or experiencing any symptoms please call/text to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment. 

• An appointment reminder will be sent 24-48 hours before your scheduled service.
